Depressing the throttle I do not notice anything. Removing foot off the throttle, the last little bit right before it reaches 0% sticks for a moment. Its like it catches on something, then the return spring pulls it past and it closes. As you slowly lift off with your foot you can feel it even. Depending on conditions, makes for a very jerky ride when slowing down.
Started this weekend Sat/Sun. Only thing changed on truck is I changed the oil and the filter. I am thinking the filter is on the other side of the engine, and not suspecting the Amsoil either.
I have checked the throttle cable where it attaches by the TPS. Seems OK. Its looks like the newer cable. The cable that comes out of the cable housing is wrapped with the plastic sheath. I believe this is the newer, design, correct?
Any ideas?
