For fixing the death wobble problem, I am replacing the tie rod ends with Moog greaseable parts.

The original tie rod ends have been on for 7 years. After soaking the parts with Kroil, I have a rather large 2 leg puller on the joint but it is not moving. Hitting the puller shaft end periodically with a hammer while the puller is on has not worked either.

Would applying heat to the bracket the tie rod goes through be the next step?

Other ideas?

Put the nut part way on so things dont fly off. Then, put a jack under the end of the tie rod and jack it up until it's starting to lift the weight off the jackstand. Take a "BFH" and hit the side while holding another hammer on the backside. This has worked for me 99% of the time. If you have to use heat, heat the ball stud and not the bracket. As it is heated, it expands and stretches the bracket a little and as it cools, shrinks more than the bracket. Good luck, I know it can be a pain!
