Timbrens=good customer service

I put on some Timbren overloads several months back when the truck was bone stock, there was no ride change (the Timbrens did not touch the axle). Over the next few months I added the Superhitch and tie-downs, Permatech liner, old truck box full of junk. Now the Timbrens just barely touch the axle, I noticed a slightly rougher ride but not bad. The boss noticed and said so.



I couple of days ago I E-mailed Timbren and I will soon have a shorter mounting bracket and bolts FREE OF CHARGE. So that I can have a nice ride while 'empty'.



A few weeks back I had 3980 pounds of gravel, 12,400 gross, and the truck was mostly level and the ride was great. And I was able to accelerate up the hills still!!

I too will vouch for Timbren's great customer service. My two wheel drive need shorter brackets and they sent me a whole new kit within two days.

I never thought of asking them. I had someone at work shorten mine for me (for free). I't good to hear of companies that truly care.
