Well I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do here. I bought a nice set of MB Motoring Rocker 16x10s. They had been on a Chevy HD, so I figured they should fit nicely.
I got a set of BFG M/Ts, 315/75r16.
This setup was to replace the stock 16x6. 5 wheels and the worn Goodyear MTRs (315/75r16s).
Well I tried to install today and I'm not sure what to do now. The tires stick out way to far IMO. It looks like one of those Mexican cars with the 13" gold spokes haha. I don't mind them sticking out a bit, but over 1/2 the tire is out of the fender.
Backspacing on both wheels is 4. 25"
Also the new tires reduce my turning radius by a LOT cause they are getting into the front inner fender by alot.
So what wheels should I have gone with? I'm thinking of just putting the new tires on the stock wheels for now and selling these wheels. I'm moving to Idaho shortly, so I'll be able to buy some new wheels there without spending a ton on shipping.
