Hey just wondering, i had a 97 powerstroke diesel, and from summit i was able to buy a torque converter lock switch made by B&M that with a flick of a toggle switch i was able to lock the converter through a tapped computer wire going to the lock-up solenoid, and keep the converter locked while moving even while in first gear, reducing trans heat, and keeping the trans from going in and out of lock. All for about fifty bucks, and it mounted under dash, it worked by grounding the solenoid wire, and it had two positions, one for tow, which gave firmer shifts. Anything available for us 47RE guys that doesnt cost a million bucks ha.

Any help would be great thx Eric

Those tst instructions referenced above by Nigel... With the switch off (ground broken) will the trans lock as in stock condition? Or, do you have to lock and unlock manually always?
