Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Torque specs for HTT turbo to exhaust manifold?

Instructions from HTT did not list torque specs to reinstall 35/40 hybrid turbo. My turbo looks brand new! How do you get the torque wrench socket on that bottum rear nut? Makes a cool high pitch whine at higher rpm. Can't wait to see if the EGT's are lower pulling trailer on long grades. Thanks,

I dont think you can get a socket on either of inside nuts. I tighten them as tight as possible with a regular box end wrench get it hot (drive it) them the next day after it is dead cold tighten them again and you should be set. Wouldnt hurt to check them again after a couple more heat cycles either.
