I used the con-o with that heavier pressure plate for towing, smooth engagement but the clutch would not disengage all the way. So then I bought the HD hydraulics for it, it was better but still shifts hard into 1st, 2nd and reverse, it just doesn't release all the way. I think it is to much pressure for the hydraulics. I would not do it again. I would use their clutch disc from the con-o with their stock rated pressure plate. I tow 16 to 18k most of the time. When you get stuck out on a highway in stop and go that is 3 miles long getting it in gear a 100 times starts to **** you off. When you see their disc you can see it's going to bite much better than the stock one did, and like someone said up top, do not step on the accelerator while releasing clutch. These motors can do it and the clutches will live longer. Good luck.
