3 months new cummins owner here. Pretty happy so far but whrn towing, especially heavier loads the trucks pulls good to a certian RPM ( aound 2400 )

and then seems to turn loose if this makes sense. The RPM will be smooth up to 2400 and then seems to let go and rasie quick and eradicaly. I use the TST 37 usually on 2/2 or 3/3 but not higher than that. Could it be my clutch? Well I hope this all makes sense. sorry for my lack of termanology, I'm new at this.

Have you owned a turbo vehicle before? The turbo kicks in at higher RPM's, thus more power and response up there. Is that maybe all you are feeling?

Also, the auto trans torque converter does tend to be slow to hook up from starts on these trucks, unless you have aftermarket parts in there.
