I have a RAM 3500 dually (2015). The TPMS is supposed to recalibrate when tires rotated. They do not. One dealer said I had bad receiver hub module, which he replaced. Next time I rotated tires, same problem. Anyone else have this issue, and what were the results?

on the dually the inner rear tires have a different TPMS frequency. you can't move the rear inner tires to the front.
But you can swap the outer and the front.

I used to swap LF and RR, then RF and LR. this kept tire direction going same rotation direction, but got tires off front to rear where they would wear flat,

Leave rears never rotate. Fronts leave wheels on same side but move tires side to side keeping same rotation. Align front tow in to 1/32-1/64. This will eliminate outer edge stepping from factory 1/4 toe spec.

NEVER rotate? Unsure as to why you would recommend NOT rotating them......rotating them front to rear on my 2014 3500 DRW netted me 154k miles on my Bridgestone Duravis R500 Hds.
