request has been declined (for now) as we are unable to validate your
information based on the unit you provided during registration (you are not
party to the waybill for this unit). In order to protect our customers'
information and ensure the security of their shipments,the AAR has told us
to be more diligent with who we provide our information to. If you are
shipping through another party, please contact them for your info. If you
believe we have made an error, we apologize in advance and ask that you
contact your Account Manager to be approved OR please provide us with some
recent unit numbers that show your company name on our (CPR's) waybill. We
are happy to revisit any request. Thanks and have a great day.
