While doing errands after work today, I witnessed a STOP of a waste oil truck by one of these boys. A first for me- usually they're in the woods, harassing gas stations, or the like.
I looked for a second or 10, noticed the cop looking around under the midship area. I went and did my banking and postal business. I came back a good 15 min later, and he was still cooking. Driver sitting in the cab, face in his hands.
