Trailer running lights

After having a plug for my camper installed in the bed of my truck, my running lights on my boat trailer don't work. The turn signals & brake lights work. Has any one had this problem

Have you checked the plug down by the hitch to see if you're getting any juice to the pin for the running lights? I don't remember the color wire that feed the running lights, so maybe someone with a service manual can kick in here.



It's possible when they tapped the wires to install your bed plug that they broke the connection to the hitch plug.



In any case, time to get out the test light and do some investigation.
