Trans and TC opinions wanted

As I have said before!!! DTT 4 life!!! It made my truck fun to drive!

I went with the ATS Triple-Lok full Stage-IV rebuild in April and I am HAPPY!

It makes the truck! They are in Wheat Ridge, Co. , which is near Denver.

I've put over 12,000 miles on my ATS since April, most of it in the city, and it is GREAT! I love the way lock-up works, I know it will NEVER slip. There is one entrance where I get onto the freeway, and before my ATS, there was a certain marker post, and I could never get faster than 35 m. p. h. by the time I hit that marker post, now I am hitting 52 m. p. h. at that same marker post!

Shifting locked is awesome!

pro loc tc

I have a 95 with 171 k same trans with a pro loc valve body and torque converter. Pack brake and auto loc from BD. No slipping just power to the wheels I'm pushing 266hp and 6oo tq The auto loc works very good holds down to 30mph before shifting very happy . The people at Suncoast are very helpful and the tc is warrenteed for 2 years unlimited miles . If you have their valve body they warrentee the tc for as long as you owne the vehicle. They also redo the tc for $200. 00 if you need to . I'm pulling a 13. 000 5th wheel no problems. Good luck in your search.
