Good thing you noticed, it could be a very expensive repair. The 1/2" cooler lines are made of steel or aluminum depending on the year, and neither one will last long if allowed to rub on surrounding structures. The section were it 90's from the transmission - runs along the transmission pan - then 90's again to go to the fluid heater is a stout area. It most likely would not stay even if you did manage to tweak it a bit. Rubber lined Loom clamps would be a great way to isolate vibrations and hold the lines apart from them selves and others. If that proves to hard, you should at least try and separate the line from the cross member with some thick rubber or foam type material.
