I'll comply with the "PILE-ON" crowd, with that being said, please have a great time on the road or whatever comes your way. This web site always have great members that help out when needed. Its the only one now I blog with, brand X is OK, but if you need correct info about our trucks, this is the site. There are too many to thank here without leaving someone out, so I wont mention names. However I've enjoyed reading your advise, and the posts afterward from the many members you have helped.

Good Luck

Hello TransEngineer, I want to say Thank You for all your posts. They have helped me wander thru the 68rfe world. I was able to retire 22 years ago. Hoping you have a great retirement, and IF you are going to wander around the west, stop by Jeffery City, Wy. And Two Dot, Mt. and look up some out west history.

Happy retirement. Jim

Congratulations!!!! After 29 years of repairing Chrysler products and specializing in transmission repair I have probably worked on some of your designs. If you find yourself in the Grand Rapids area look me up.

congratulations on your retirement. Hope you enjoy retirement as much as we have.

Yes I was thinking TransEngineer should write for the TDR. Bob 4X4 would also make a great writer and maybe Mike Wilson as well.

Larry, thanks for suggesting that. But time does not permit it right now. I do well to even compose a full and complete thought during the week, weekends are when I recharge my batteries (and shovel snow, but I digress..). After retirement I could probably pull it off. Right now it would be something else that I couldn’t finish like the three ongoing threads I have not completed.

But I really do appreciate that you find me worthy of consideration.
It means a lot.
