Transmission skid plates

I have a 2008 Ram 2500 standard cab with the automatic transmission. That A/T pan is just sitting there waiting to get punctured. I have the transfer case skid plate, but want to install somesort of transmission skid plate. I've looked on line at a lot of things, but can't seem to turn up an A/T skid plate. I'd rather buy one rfeady-made than get out the blue-tip wrench and fire up my Lincoln sparky, so anybody out there found an A/T skid plate for Gen. 3 diesels?

While not a skid plate the Mar Hy-Tec pan won't punture as easily. I went with the regular depth instead of the DD.

what about something off a 3rd gen power wagon, possibly a stock part number from dodge?
