I just installed isspro egt, boost, and transmission temp gauges. Took a trip towing the 5th wheel and all gauges working. Next thing, I look at the gauges and the transmission gauge is reading "0". Made a fuel stop and started the truck and transmission gauge is working again, later down the road it was at "0" again and never worked the rest of the trip. I am using the the acu temp adapter from Geno's. I had to add 24" of wire to the lead going down to the transmission and don't know if that is a problem or not. What do you guts think.

I can tell you my gauge takes a LONG time to get up to temp. Once it's there though it stays. I think these trucks have some nice trans cooler.

My first though would be to check all your wiring. Probably a good idea to check your fuses to. If you're able... check continuity to the probe to be sure it's not bad too and voltage to the receiver.

Good luck

Obviously new to this site. .

I have had the same problem with ISSOPRO gauges in my Ford PSD. Kept going to zero, finally has stayed there... I found the amplifier units required 12 Volt source, and the source I was using fluxed. I had to find a different 12 Volt source... Of course, don't know if the units are the same. . Just my experience...
