Advice for sealing a plywood garage floor

I have a live trap I have used for rabbits and such. I think it is big enough.
Racoon has been raiding the cherry tree and digging holes in the lawn.
What to use for bait? Cherries?
Any tips?

i use marshmallows. I had several in the barn stealing barn cat food. 2 live traps got me 2 the first night and 1 the second night. Only caught one cat as they don't like that bait. Stayed raccoon free for over a year and then got one more.

Raccoons are attracted to anything that smells strong or bad. Sardines work great.

I'm not sure about your area, but here Raccoons are one of the biggest carriers of rabies. Be extremely careful if you intend to release it once caught.

Here it is illegal to release them in another area. So I did c!a like renditions. Make sure the trap is strong or a raccoon will tear it apart to get out. They also carry round worn! Be really careful. Don't get between mom and her babies!

SNOKING

I use a piece of bread with peanut butter on it. Works every time. They all suffer from a lead deficiency. I give them a boost and then relocate them. :-laf

It seems when they hear a loud noise something happens to them and they have to be removed to a secret underground location

Cat food in a raccoon wire cage works for me. I have the exterior wrapped in black garbage bags, making it completely dark; SOB's wouldn't go in until I wrapped it for whatever reason.

I wrapped the back end of my trap with aluminum. They would get behind the trap and manage to reach through and
steal the bait.

Since we're right up against the Rio Grande we have racoons and skunks as well are many other critters. What the best way to trap a skunk?

Very similar bait to coons. Sardines, chicken liver, peanut butter, and I've even heard that bacon will work well.

By the way the SOB's tear apart a trash can, I don't think coon's are too picky.
