my triple dog is stuck in onthe fly mode cant do anything! any ideals?

by stuck you mean that none of the buttons do anything, even when unplugged and then re-connected. Or do you mean all you can do is change the power level but can't go back in the menu to access the other functions?

Mine did the same thing. I unplugged it and all is ok.

I mean it will not do anything even if you unplug it its just stuck! dont know what to do ? :{

Sorry to hear this. If you have a good shop that can deal with them they can down load a program that will un stick the down loader. Mine froze up and i spent all day at the shop reflashing the truck. Was a huge head ache but the shop i bought the triple dog from stood behind me 110% and even jumped out front for me and took a few swings. They have sent it back for me and gave me a credit at the shop do to it being defective. I will not have anything on my truck that i can't unplug.

Good luck with the tech support. I love my tripple dog but Bullydogs help line SUCKS. Mine locked up on me when I first loaded it and wouldn't recover. I called them, waited on hold for about 15 to 20 min just to have them say they would call me back. Guess what they never did so I called again and they said the same. Then when I called back again they were closed. So I got really mad and did what the instructions said not to do and I turned the key off while downloading and it took right off and finished. I would have been happier if the woman on the phone would have told me to go to hell or somthing, at least then I wouldn't have sat around and waited.

Their customer service was pretty good when I first called them on a outlook monitor problem. But since then I have developed the same problem again and they will not even call me back. It is time to deal with another company. I will not consider Bully Dog again for anything

Will your truck run at all?

That sucks, I know, I was scared big time. But all worked out.

when you plug in the programerit is always on the top performance one and will not move it does not even tell you what version it is .
