Here is my theory
You guys are pulling air,When the fuel is cold it dosn't flow as easy. If your pump is external to the tank AND you have the stock fuel module, under heavy loads the VP44 is using more fuel than your external pump can pull thru the fittings in the old design fuel module. A vacuum starts to develope between the two, pulling air into the VP44. The reason it does it with the EDGE on, you are increasing the the amount of fuel the VP44 flows when you have the Box on. I,m willing to go out on a limb here and bet that most of you with this high demand miss,still have the old design fuel module and have an external fuel pump.
