It will read actual rail pressure off of the sensor. If someone wanted to they could read what the computer is trying to correct for but as you well know that would be useless. I haven't tried the marine relief valve but we haven't had any rail pressure issues either.
On another note if someone is running big injectors and a downloader we can add the MP-8 and really get some good results. Any box that uses duration will generally drop actual rail pressure way down, we can bump the rail pressure up more which will give you alot better performance without blowing the rail.
