It is a list, that’s why I included the link so people could read about it.
 
What year is your truck? Your sig says you have a 2015 and you posted in the 2010-2018 forum, yet that TSB you linked is for 2019 trucks.
It is a 15 as my signature states. I see why you say that, but when I called to ask about open recalls. This is where I was directed and they had my vin.

Correct, nothing about this TSB applies to a 2015 truck. It’s for 2019 ETM and ETL engines. The 2015 has an ETK.

There also isn’t a software crossover from 13-18 and 19+trucks. The TSB calls out ACC, which wasn’t even an option until 2019. The supplemental cab heater also wasn’t around until 2019.

@rynosback If that’s truly the TSB listed on the invoice I’d be asking the dealer some questions. I’d also ask if the 67A recall was applied, assume nothing.
