CAnderson, There is no way to know exactly how much your egt's will go down. There are many things that will effect how well the B-1 Turbo and your other Bombing Goodies perform.

To Name a couple:

1. Exhaust Size and mufflers/Resonators (4" Suggested)

2. Air Induction / Filter ( Scotty/Afe Combo) Or other style 100% ducted outside of the engine compartment. The OEM box with a K&N, AFE or Amsoil also performs well.

I'll be getting a 4" exhaust. The intake is a BHAF and is staying that way, but I will try to build a box for it that makes it use mostly outside air from the fender hole and the space between the fender and the firewall. I HOPE the B1 and these other things will bring it into check. Piers doesn't think it will. We will see in a month or so.

Rubberneck, never heard anything definitive about turbo breakin. Sounds like another subject for us to debate.

It's probably the electric motor within the turbo breaking in:) Remember the wires you hooked up when you installed it? Hehe :p

Hey HVAC, dont tell anybody, but i got the new secret version, no wires, but the truck sure does use a lot of hamster chow now. His legs must be getting stronger, thats why spool up is getting better:eek:

Rubberneck,

LOL... ... What ever you do>>>> DO NOT Put the optional little blue sweater on the hamster untill you are strapped in and pointed straight down the street with lots of room!!#ad

I am hoping to go from pegging my EGT gauge in 5x5 to pegging my boost gauge! (50 lb).

If the weather holds. . I should know by Friday how it will react.

4" BullyDog Exhaust goes on w/ B1 turbo.
