Turbo differences

What is the difference between the Phat shaft 66 vs. the turbo Diesel Dynamics Jammer turbo for the 3rd gens?

The main difference as far as I know is that the PS66 doesn't explode.

Terms of size you are looking at something with around a 60+/- compressor wheel and something with a 66mm compressor wheel.

I would definitely buy the Phat Shaft 66 if you are looking for all out power.

I've been running the Jammer for a couple years, I was just curious about the 66 I see popping up. When I change it will be twins.

LOL that is funny, I did snap a shaft at 45 psi with the Jammer.

The DD Jammer (not the ball bearing... ) is basically a sleeve bearing HX-40. They do sound frickin sweet... one of the loudest turbos I've heard.

The PS66 is a S300 variant.

I believe there were a few guys making in the low 500's hp with the DD Jammer.

The PS66 probably is a much stronger turbo, though. And will support much more HP.

I guess it all comes down to whatcha wanna do with it.
