turbo housing

I just saw a add for a ... . 16cm Non-Wastegated Turbine Housing . Can I just put my turbos guts in this housing? If so what kinda egt gain would I get? I have also heard that a wastegate will still open under high pressure with a 22 shell in it. Is that true?
