Turbo noise

2016 2500 cummins 126000KM . Just wondering if anyone had symptoms like that. My turbo just lately is making a lot more of a whining noise. It has never done this before. It started happening only intermittently, but know is pretty much an all-time occurrence ....Is there anyway to check if the turbo is on his way out?
My warranty is till 1600000KM here in Canada. It is now so loud I think I am a transit bus going down the road.....

Have you checked the obvious, like the air intake system? Check around the air box and make sure all the hoses going to the Turbo are on correctly and tight. Are you losing power? How much boost do you have? Is there black smoke?

Forgive me for asking.....but are you sure it is not the cooling fan? Perhaps something is making it stay engaged too often?

I have checked the air intake and all seems good. I had the message to check ram active air intake see dealer 2 times. It went away by itself so. It gets better so. On Saturday I was on a 3 hour trip in rain. I hit a puddle on the road, after that I got the message service DEF system, see dealer. It would chime about every 5 minutes on a 2 hour drive and repeat the message. I thought maybe water got in so cleared code next day. All was good for 1 day, today I drove and got message service DEF or limp mode in 240KM. I could not clear this code and will have to bring it in to dealer tomorrow......
