Turbo replacement original or aftermarket?

Looks like the turbo on my 07.5 is shot I loved the integrated exhaust brake do any of the aftermarket guys have that feature if not I'm looking at a new turbo plus an exhaust brake stock truck manual transmission

There are quite a few modified stockers out there now, such as the Cheetah from Fleece. Very pricey, but keeps exhaust break and performs well.
