Brian, loosen the 3 bolts that hold the pump to the timing case. You need to bend or buy a wrench to do the bottom one. A crows foot wrench can work too. Loosen the bolt on the rear, bottom of the pump. I like to loosen the lines so they don't get twisted and have tension on them.
Turn the top of the pump towards the head, about 1/8 of an inch. You may have to horse on it, or use a board to get it to turn. There are marks on the housing near the outside pump bolt for reference.
Tighten everything down, and go for a spin!
