I know of one person off the top of my head that is running that kit, and he put down 800 hp, might want to do a search on DTR for it, he was happy with the results

I don't know what you are thinking. I was just asking questions for another person so just give it up . Tell john to call if he wants to talk or I will come to see him.

I heard this for two years and you never show up with any money. It's nice to see that in your list of mods to your truck that you included a clutch that you never paid for. How many of the other local shops have you ****** off or screwed out of parts? I'll answer that, all of them.

I am done with this thread and will delete my posts tonight.

Scott

Scott you are da man!! :-laf

I was looking for any information on the twin cp3 pump kit from ats . Has anybody tried it and if you have can you let me know what think about there kit. Is there much power gain for the money. Thank you!

I am having these installed as we speak to test them to see if I want them. I will report on how they perform at a later time.

OK, just an FYI for those who were quick to jump on John Weir, he was asking for me, TDR was having some issues getting my username going and I wanted some opinions before I have them put on. If somebody owes you money, maybe you should call them instead of calling them out on here. I was planning on calling you guys about a clutch, and installing my twin cp3 setup, but after you pulling that on here, I think I will just go with St. Joe Diesel. I know, I am only one potential customer and that wont hurt you guys but you have lost my business... ... .....

If you sleep with dogs you rise with fleas. . I am sure St Joe Diesel is after him too. This is the first time I know of that anyone was able to get in touch with him, I am sure if you walk into any shop in the KC area and say you know John Wier they will make you pay cash up front. Scott is just trying to do what is right, it really sucks when you have a small buisness and front someone something trusting they will pay you and they dont. It hurts all of us. I just cant beleive you chastise Scott when John Wier is the deadbeat.

Ok, well you guys just went about it the wrong way, I have been to St joe diesel and know for a fact that John Weir doesnt owe them any money. I have known John for a long time, and I value his opinion on where to go to have stuff done to my truck, first words out of his mouth when I asked him about a clutch was go talk to landen or John Isaacs, and this was just a month ago. He even offered to take me to John's shop because I didnt know where it was. If he owed money and was trying to dodge anyone, then why would he want to take me to there shop... ... ... I just feel that it was wrong to call him out on a site where people are supposed to help people, why didnt he just say hey, this is my number call me right now and I will answer, especially after john made the comment about not answering phones. Only reason I didnt want to deal with Landen is because another friend of mine had some clamps stolen off his truck while it was there for work... .....

Nothing to say now I guess so back to the original question, JoshWelsh, did you get your truck back yet, and what do you think. Everyone I know just has there CP3 modded, not duals. If anyone has any input, I would appreciate it.

Tommy.

Let me first start out by saying Landon at Midwest Diesel of all people have no reason to "Steal Clamps" off of any truck or any part for that matter. I know who that buddy of yours is and if that is what he is telling you he is full of s***. As for owing Floor it Diesel money... . THAT IS A FACT NOT FICTION. And JW knows its true. I also remember at the Platte City pull last year seeing somone from St. Joe Diesel asking him to take their shirt off. Do you have to guess why? So ya he has burned his bridges with all the Local Diesel shops. He could try to go out of town and get parts but the word is out about him. He is a CASH only Customer... ..... As far as valuing his opinion ask him what he thru down last time he was on the Dyno? Last time I checked he was still trying to break 500. If you want your truck to put down some real power than talk to guys who have done it. As far as the CP3's go give Floor it Diesel or Industrial Injection a call. Both companys have very good twin kits.

Ryan, I didnt say Landon stole anything, and I helped make the clamps that were stolen and saw them on another Midwest diesel customers truck. Explain that. I never said John didnt owe Floor it diesel any money, I said I didnt like the way it was brought up. As far as St Joe diesel goes, the reasons they asked him to take the shirt off was a mis understanding. It is now taken care of and he is doing business with them, no problem. I said I value his opinion on who to buy from, not always what to buy. Bottom line is, somone went to far on the oweing money thing and now I will find it hard to do business with them. My plan was to come see John Isaacs about a clutch, but I am not sure if I want to deal with them. I dont want you guys to think I am sticking up for John Weir or fighting his fight. I just dont feel the same about this site anymore if people are going to use it to collect debt. I need a clutch, and will need to get my CP3's put on eventually, if anyone can help me without acting like they did on here, I will be more than happy to do business... ... ... .....

Tommy

Tommy,

If you feel that I was out of line then that is ok with me. I am all for people thinking as they wish. The moderators did not pull any of my posts nor did i hear from them so I must not have broken any fourm rules.

Go with St. Joe Diesel, I have no problem with that they are a good group of people and they will treat you right.

I do not work at Floor It Diesel. I do know what I know about John. I happen to get along with John, I just think he needs to take care of an issue that has been long outstanding.

I said my peace and deleted my posts as I said I would. So good luck with your twin CPs, have fun and go on not liking me all you want, you are not the first and you won't be the last. Ask Ryan even he doesn't like me. :)

I dont like you either Scott, even though you did deliver me a SWEET Silver 62 today!! you are outspoken and rude but very honest and that is all anyone could ask. Have fun 4 wheeling JERK

Never said I didnt like you, just didnt like the way things happened. Not how I wanted to start with this forum. I do agree that John needs to take care of that issue, I know I wouldnt be able to stand oweing anybody any money. I know a lot of people know about issues with john weir and have had issues with him. I also never said anything about you breaking any rules. I am a member of the diesel place and I know that if a question is asked on there it gets answered right away, no matter who it is. I now own a Cummins and was hoping it would be the same here. Scott, I dont know you, and have never met you, therefore I couldnt dislike you. I am not that kind of person. I am not new to the diesel world, but new to the cummins world and have a lot of questions and I am just looking for some answers. I now plan to install my clutch myself but I would still like to find the best deal on buying one. Scott I see you have a Con OFE, and I have about a million questions about that clutch in particular. I dont want to fight with you guys at all, in fact I would hope you guys would be willing to help me, even though I am acquainted with John Weir. I guess my point is, dont judge me because of who I know or occasionally hang out with... ... .....

Tommy,

If you plan to run a Smarty or something else that makes power so low in the RPM range then the best thing to do is buck up the money the first time and get a dual disk.

Lord knows thats true... I wish I would have saved the $1000 I spend on my OFE and just gotten a Dual disk that I SOOO badly need now... .

I have not got my truck back yet from ATS, but when I do I will be sure to let you know of my response. I know of 2 other guys in the Denver area that have these pumps as well and we have been talking lately. I will be sure to encourage them to post their personal feed back as well.

Josh Welsh, I think I saw your truck at ATS this week, I was up there visiting with Mike. Hope you have good luck, would like to hear info about the twin CP3 kit from ATS. Took a tour looked like a clean respectful shop. Let us know

Tommy, you say that we shouldn't judge you on who you know. However, you shouldn't judge Midwest Diesel on one bad experience. Bad news will always travel faster than good. Scott will be there Monday, the 26th at 9 AM CST, I'm sure if you call him they will be able to beat or meet anyone's deal. One more thing sangell is a very good and smart person when it comes to working on a Cummins that why he works there even though he can be a JERK (HA HA). Midwest Diesel is a direct vendor with Industrial Injection, Southbend, ATS, Suncoast, whatever you want; they will take care of you they have always taken care of me.

Oh Hey Tommy, Diesel Place beats me down everytime I'm on there and you know who I'm talking about. I owe NO ONE Money. John just needs to be a man and pay for the parts he has on his truck just like you and I. Let's face it if I got free parts I'd have the baddest truck out there. That's just life.
