Competition Need Some Help

Off Roading DT Track Bar & 4.5" Skyjacker

Nice job, glad to see that more and more members are building their own twins. I had a blast and learned a lot fabbing mine. So what did you use for the primary and secondary? What are your boost and egt numbers? I agree, I had more difficulty posting pictures than I did building the twins. :D

I used the stock turbo and a "BIG" secondary. I can hit 46lbs in 2nd 2wdr.

edit

Thanks DBR, it took me a while to fab it in so that i could keep the passenger side batt.

J. R. I had the most difficulty fabbing the cold side to clear the alternator at first, should have fabbed it in the truck instead of on the bench. I have been looking into using an HX55 or HT3b for my secondary on a new set-up I’ve been wanting to do. I have also been thinking of using an HX40 with machined exhaust housing for faster spool up as a primary. I’ve just finished with my 3500 a few weeks back, the usual mods, and now have the urge to begin fabbing twins again. The urge is getting stronger with all the talk of twins lately. Once again congrats on your set-up! I hope to see more folks take the plunge into fabbing their own set of twins.

45 hours!!!!!

Great Job JR. I have seen other pics of them and it is a sweet set up! Very nice work on the fabing.

How big is big?
