what a mess! who in the world would want to work on such a pos????? It will take a week to change the blown headgaskets. And another week to put in injectors, since you have to take out the whole ac unit on the pass. side to get to the back two injectors... We should be thankful our trucks are owner friendly.

You don't have to remove any A/C componet to change injectors... I do 2-3 sets of PSD injectors every week, and it doesn't take as long as you'd think.

Evan, I thought you had to take out the heater assemble to get out the back injector? How do you get the injector out with out removing the unit? Sorry i said ac i meant heater. Are you doing that many sets a week with performance injectors or stock?
