In a weak moment I volunteered to help a good friend fabricate up a set of twin turbos for his 91 truck. Its been quite a challenge so far and I have a lot more respect for those who fab up their ownsystems. Getting everything in place so that all of the different sets of tubing dont run into each other or something else that isnt movable (I cant get him to remove the AC system) has been interesting. Finally found the place to stash turbo #2 and the start of the hotside tubing got underway. This what it looks like so far.
 
Your right Deezl... the fabbing and installing of these things is a pretty respectable amount of work in an equiped shop, let alone for a shadetree mechanic... very nice work bud... ... :cool: :D

Nice Job! :Let us know how the boost and power does from before to after. Did he have a dyno run before you tore things apart?

Well the twins have been delivered to the happy parent with only minor complications. Weighing in at 50+ lbs (boost that is) the gauge was screaming in protest with the needle on the peg. In keeping with the American tradition of picking names to reflect the potential of the offspring it seems like 13. 2ET and 105Mph might be good names for these two.
 
Deezul, is NeedMo no longer a TDR member? Get em tuned and get it on a dyno, I wanna know what those CB Parker sticks can put down, I just missed out on them, CB sold them before I could write the check:mad::D.
 
For those who didnt understand my feeble attempt at humor, no it has not been on the strip yet, no it has not turned 13. 2 at 105mph. We are hoping though.
