When I bolt on my twins, I have a auto..... So I need to get rid of the stock trans cooler. Instead of bolting an after market trans-cooler somewhere on the truck, what would happen if you went with a deeper trans pan that held extra fluid. Does the stock cooler really "cool" the fluid or is it just cycling an extra amount of fluid around. I have been told two stories, one... dont worry about adding any cooler just get rid of the stock one and you'll still be fine. The second... dont even think of trying no cooler, you have to have one somewhere. If I'm reading correctly TCI has a pan out now with a 4qt. extra. captcity. If I'm right, would that be plenty of extra fluid to not have to worry? Any thoughts here would be great... ... ... ... THANKS
