2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission U-joint At Front Diff

does anyone know the part # for the front u-joint on on the front flange... I cant read anything on my joint and I pull up diff napa #'s... I could just pull it and go the store but would like to know a spicer # if anyone has it... . 4x4 2500 D60. .

They should be able to look it up based on vehicle specs— the biggest distinction is whether it has internal clips (C clips) or external spring clips. I just redid my main joints last month FWIW my front was internal, the 2 rears were external.

Napa carriers precision u-joints. Better than aftermarket spicer. Part# 374. Just looking at the joint spells high quality.

yes I understand the vehicle etc. etc. specs. the problem that I am having at this napa is different part numbers I have a 6 speed the auto and manual have different part numbers and for the 6 speed they gave me 2 different percision numbers. . and yes this is external clips. with a yoke. . so Im looking for a actual part number for my specific spec truck 2002 4wd 6 speed front u-joint, front drive shaft at the differential. . either a spicer number or a percision. . I probley will just take the shaft off and then size the u-joint and do it that way...

If you're getting different numbers at NAPA its probably different grade levels of INTERCHANGEABLE parts— there are multiple listings for my truck. Some greasable, some sealed. I believe one had low profile zerks fitting, one regular. The warranty period may also vary.

Wow are you nice, I will make the poor sap tell me the differance, or go and get them so I can decide for myself what the differance is. Maybe that year some were internal and some external and that is the differance?
