I’m sure you already know, but call in for locates about a week before you plan on digging. You don’t want to damage any existing utilities. .
Going to look at a new dirt relocation device tomorrow, will make the trench easier to dig....
Made an offer on one yesterday, Kubota B7500 with loader and backhoe. 158 hours on the meter...
Close, but waiting to hear if offer will be accepted....
I’m sure you already know, but call in for locates about a week before you plan on digging. You don’t want to damage any existing utilities. It’s too bad you live so far away. I could hook you up with everything you need, including the digging, for next to nothing.
That’s great! And it’s not even a long weekend!
Mike you life in a blessed country, over here all that work would have to be done by a licensed Electrician. Cost you thousands of dollar.
Well, it depends on where you live. Most places permits, local government and licensed people must be involved. In NYC, you’re not supposed to replace even a hot water heater without a permit and licensed plumber. But that didn’t stop me 6 times over the yearsMike you life in a blessed country, over here all that work would have to be done by a licensed Electrician. Cost you thousands of dollar.
I know, right??? I'm pretty pround of myself!!!
$500.00 off between me and the seller, but I've braced my feet.
If you don't set a limit in your own mind and stick to it you will pay too much....I already offered $500.00 over my mental limit but the little critter is just like new.....
Found another one to look at if this falls through, a little newer and it has 600 hours on it. BUT it has loader, backhoe, 60" belly mower AND A Front mount SNOWBLOWER......Woo Hoo!!
One of the first houses I looked at had a BX23 with hoe and sno blade. I was hoping to get to the point of negotiating it in the deal that never happened. Cute bugger though!
Is that blower a hydro hookup, or belt or ??
