Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Vacuum Pump seal

Where is the best place to get a Vacuum Pump Shaft Seal? Does a member of TDR sell them? Just trying to stay loyal. Also, Is there anything else I should be looking at while I am there? I was thinking of flushing the power steering pump as well. Thanks for the help.
