ALso look up the thread "Super hot pre93". It's kind of old, and some of the numbers have been updated (like 250hp was about it in 99), but still some good info.

here's what I just bought...

1993 W250 CLub Cab LE, buckets, loaded, 125,000 miles, auto, 2 owners, little rust, works well, $8500. 00 and it needed tires and few other minor wearables... . very happy so far !!!

Oo.

Picked it up this morning. The Boss V-plow is a little rough though. It will lift up and down, but slowly. The 2 side blades won't move forward, they are kinda stuck back in the /\ position. Anyone know about V plows? :)

Not that I know alot about that plow specifically, but have played with a couple of others.

Alot of it may be the fact that it just needs lubed up.

If not that I'd say low on hydraulic fluid, if not that it may need a pump.

You should probably just run it out here to me... .

Since the plow doesn't work right I'll give ya $4500 for the truck :D :D

HAHA. Nope, we're keeping this beauty.

The plow may be just low on fluid, and like you say, need to be lubed up. The pump works and lifts the plow, so that's promising. It stays up and doesn't bleed down, so maybe no leaks on that part anyway. I'll bust out the PB Blaster and grease gun tonight and mess with it.

Thanks!

I paid 10k for a 4x4, dually, ex cab, with 250+ thousand miles. It was very clean. It had some issues but runs like a scalded ape. I was looking for something specific and had to fly 1200 miles to get it.

Congrats.

I wish more aftermarket stuff was available.

No four door or bench seat

WOW

I didn't know you had rednecks there!!!!!

Gotta love those mudflaps..... :-laf

Not fond of the paint job either but D*MN look at that bed and Body... .

Holy Smokes that is awesome.

You can tell by the worksmanship on the bed that he took care of the old girl.

Should serve well for a long time to come.

Of course all the negs are my own personal preference,

I'm sure my smash nosed, half primered calico cummins looks UGLY to somebody... ... errrrr ALL right everybody :-laf

Yeah, it could stand to be sanded and some fresh normal paint applied, but it would work great as a duck blind. Throw some camo netting over the bed and sit! :)

Runs perfect. Fires up quick, just like my 24 valve '02. I think I hooked a gem here. Thanks guys!

That's sweet. Isn't amazing how they fire up after about a half a revolution, no matter how long they've been sitting? I like the duck blind idea. :D

You're lucky I was busy last saturday afternoon Chuck and that it wasn't there when you went back. That thing would definately be sitting in my driveway and not yours. We may have had a bidding war. :-{} Just kidding. Looks pretty sweet. Glad somebody else didn't snag it before you got it. I'll just sit here and :{ . You gotta keep that one in the family. It's too nice to get rid of.
