VE Pump adjustments??

Need some information on how to adust these VE pumps. Where exactly is the fuel screw and how is it adjusted? Can you time these pumps like a ppump? Any special tools required for that? Where does the 3200 spring go and what exactly does it do for the pump? Thanks just trying to understand these pumps before i work with one.
