Vendor question

I ordered a Quad box and AFE stage 2 from Kyle Graham at Extreme Diesel Performance.net about 2. 5 weeks ago (7/7).

The quad box arrived at my door step within a week, which was great. It's installed and running well. Great.

I still haven't received the AFE, so I started trying to contact Kyle. It looks like his business was bought out by some company in TX. I left him two voice mails, and never got a response. I also sent him a private message today, since the phone number is now connected to a fax machine.

His voice mail recording says that all orders have been shipped, but since I haven't received mine, I'd like to track the package to see where it's gone!



If anyone has a way to get in touch with Kyle Graham of Washington state, please ask him to check his private message and get back with me. I will be forced to have my credit card company intervene if I don't hear from him in the next couple of days. I'd like to not do that as Kyle seems like a good guy and this is probably just a shipping error.

The good is that I guess that Kyle was doing good enough to get some attention from a big company... not too shabby - Good luck to him and hopefully this customer service issue is in error...



but if this is true, it is no fun when a big set of suits takes over and customer service gets shot to heck...
