Vibration while driving

I have a 4. 5 3500 4x4 duels manuel transmissjion. At 20k the U-joints went out. Hell of a vibration and sounde like a klunking as you come to a stop. Now at 50k have the same vibration like at 20k. Sounds like driving on rumble strips at all speeds. Put the slide in camper (3500#) in and vibration gone. Dealer did the last repair. I thought there was a TSB on this but due to my stack organization system I cannot find it. Does anybody know the TSB number, what the repair is and if this is covered under warrenty?? Best truck I have ever owned.
