VIN assigned with status D!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a VIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 201686. Status is D. What is the next step? The DC customer service person indicated that there was not a scheduled build date yet. I can not believe the different answers I have received prior to getting the VIN.



I have seen VIN's in the 187*** range. Does this mean that there are 14,186 trucks ahead of mine?:--) :--)





I hope not. At least the process continues.

No I believe it means there is 14,186 VINS have been issued. (all DC vehicles are one up numbered).



The first 11 numbers are a decription of the vehicle last 6#s a one up number for all VINS.

You need to cancel your order immediately--the "D" is a grade and the order semester is half over, not to mention that truck finals are just around the corner!

Oh no, I did not know I was suppose to study and be ready for a test!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No canceling the order either.



I only ordered 15 days ago and the waiting is driving me crazy. All of you who are actually taking delivery of your 600's now should start a support group to help those who are still waiting!



Thanks for the info on the VIN being all DC vehicles. that makes sense and is a relief when you think about it that way.

If your starting a support group count me in. My truck went into

JS status (storage ) on the 10th. I check each day to see if there

is any change. I have to believe that I'm looking at the first part

of February before I get it. I'll post a message as soon as it arrives here.
