Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VP44 is what I think ?

Pulled out onto a main road friday night getting on it a little it acted just like if you broke a throttle cable went right to idle. Idled for a little bit, the throttle would make no diffrence then quit. checked the codes this is what I have.

Sounds more like an APPS problem...

I had the scan tool hooked up and can see the pedal is working goes from 0 to 100 % I will try resetting it the truck will not start although it did start a couple of times and ran very ruff with no throttle response
