I got my Vulcan big line pump relocate kit today. And I just now got off of my second phone call with Eric. My first call was this afternoon when I had a quick question for Eric. The second was when HE CALLED ME just to see if everything was going OK. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. I had quite a few interuptions so I didn't get the installl finished tonight but another 45 minutes should do it in the morning. I was pleased that my BD low fuel pressure LED plumbed right up to the Vulcan kit so I'm a happy camper. Anyway I didn't think vendors still cared about their customer like this anymore but I guess I shouldn't be so surprised with a TDR member. Thanks Eric!

I agree. I had a problem with the fuel pressure T-fitting. Eric sent me a new one quickly and was available by e-mail and cell phone if needed. I think the new stainless steel fittings will be a bigger hit than the aluminum ones.

Just finished the installation. Fuel pressure is good and I could change out the LP in under 5 minutes with it in it's new location. Quick tip I purchased two cheap flat nosed vise grips to keep in my toolbag so if I do have to change the LP alongside the road I can pinch off both fuel lines and avoid a diesel bath.

Sageair help please, I remember reading a post about the vulcan pump months ago but have lost the address. , did a search and your post came up can you give me a good contact ? tks ken.
