Gone a little off topic... but when I'm out camping in the RV the only valve that initially stays closed is the black water tank. I keep the grey water tanks open until a day or so before I dump the black. Then I close them and let the grey water build up so I can use it to flush the pipes after I dump the black water. The black water tank does not fill up very fast, but the grey water tanks (especially for the bathroom) can fill up pretty quick after a couple days of showers, and running the washer...
