Want To Change The Faucet...

There's a certain practice to manage waste while connected to "full hook-ups" I've heard a few people utilize. They say that you should use your holding tanks, then dump them to keep the sewage lines in the RV clean. A lot of volume could make this a daily job.

Gone a little off topic... but when I'm out camping in the RV the only valve that initially stays closed is the black water tank. I keep the grey water tanks open until a day or so before I dump the black. Then I close them and let the grey water build up so I can use it to flush the pipes after I dump the black water. The black water tank does not fill up very fast, but the grey water tanks (especially for the bathroom) can fill up pretty quick after a couple days of showers, and running the washer...

I have found that if hooked up to city water the shower works better if I turn the pump on with the city water. The pump must boost the pressure.

Sorry, I was trying to give you a heads up on how the higher volume of water would impact the system. It's a systems engineering thingy. Many parts put together for a specific purpose to achieve a specific cost/performance ratio for the average of all anticipated uses.



Glad you got your faucet fixed. Mine is still broke. I'm startin to dislike Moen...
