WANTED! Pictures to help me decide on a color.

Hi everyone. I'm looking to order a new Cummins very soon and am unsure on what color I should go with. I'm down to about three choices: Black, Atlantic Blue, or Deep Molten Red. I was originally set on Black, then saw the other two colors and they look really good. If anyone has pictures and wouldn't mind emailing them to me, I would appreciate it. If you order now you will get the 325/600 diesel engine. I picked white over silver but the blue over the silver looks nice also.

Truck colors

That was a hard decision for me too jLasich. It took me several weeks of looking at advertisements and doing internet searches before I came to a conclusion. (pretty anal huh) But I figured I'm going to have to live with my decision for at least the next 2-4 years.



Black-like the color but it's hard to keep clean

White-like it but felt the truck might be too big in that color

Graphite-liked it alot but wasn't sure on a long term basis

Red-not the right shade for me

Light almond-just not me

Atlantic Blue-ok but just not me

Silver-nice color but a buddy of mine just bought a silver one

Molten red- liked the color but didn't like how it looked in the sun

Patriot Blue-liked it the most out of all the colors not as bad as black to keep clean but I felt the truck would look too big in just that color so I went against the grain of most people and ordered it with the two tone and silver on the bottom.



My truck will be the same as the picture I attached except it is a 3500 and a long bed.

As long as it had a CTD under the hood I would even take it if it were painted Geo Metro Turquois

view my readers rig pics, I have the Atlantic Blue. I really like the color, I have had similar colors to the three that you are interested in and this would be my favorite. It is not to hard to keep clean.

Have you looked at dodge.com? The build and price section will show your truck in whatever color you select in the build. As far as I'm concerned, there's only one color for a pickup, red! My '04 is my fourth red Ram. Not deep molten, not burgundy, plain old fire engine red.

check out my "reader rigs" link on the left. I have an Atlantic Blue Sport. I love it, easy to keep clean and doesn't show small scratches that the black and red do.

I'm not fond of white either, but I never thought of the truck looking "TOO BIG" as a PROBLEM! BTW, I love that blue color you picked, but keeping it looking good after a few hundred miles in the dirt/gravel/mud would be hell, so I have to opt for a lighter color. I wish they still offered the Light Driftwood on the 3G's... that Almond color isn't even close

I have patriot blue, and like the color, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean. I swear it's worse than black.



My wife has a silver Civic, and that thing always looks clean even though we never wash it. If patriot blue wasn't available I would have gotten silver.



BTW, Cummins-man, that truck is beautiful. Can't wait to get my 2 inch lift.

My wife had a Patriot Blue Jep Grand Cherokee before her now Durango. The blue showed small scratches WORSE than my Black Ram did... I take any color as long as it is Black... This is my 5th Black Ram... ... .

I love white vehicles... so easy to keep 'em lookin' clean. and I love the way the new trucks look in white! if I were in the market, I'd probably give a serious consideration to silver, a moment's consideration to black, and then I'd pick white!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and pictures. You all have great looking trucks. I went to the dealer today to look at them again and they had a really nice flame red QC there, so now I'm throwing it into the ring of choices also. Decisions, decisions!
