You need a really good attorney right now. That sucks.

Maybe you could contact NHTSA and make a complaint...if in fcat all 4 brake lines "blew" then there is a safety issue and maybe the threat of a NHTSA investigwtion will make them step up. I know it's along shot, but jeez, you have been through alot. At the very least, you need to do a yelp review on these guys and also contact the BBB.

He needs an attorney. I'd be pushing for a buy back at original cost.

My old service truck is in litigation for the rear diff being scrambled, and a encompitant tech at the dealer, it was purchased at, caused a major charging issue, that has not been fixed. Two alternators and countless hours of labor, to try and fix it, have not been successful. I no longer work for the company that owns the truck, but it sits at his house waiting for a conclusion to the litigation.

My point for this story, is its going to take a long time before any judgement, so good luck, and hope it's a quick resolution.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!. All of this is exactly why I do not let anyone work on my vehicles If I can do it myself, although this being a TSB took that option away. Sorry to hear of all the grief you are going thru and can relate to coming up on retirement and this being your last vehicle. I sure hope it is resolved in your favor
