Ok, here is today's problem. I don't have a boost guage installed yet and I need to find out if my wastegate is functioning properly. Today while changing the fluids in the Diff's I had it up on the rack and I was looking at the wastegate and actuator. Am I supposed to be able to move it by hand when the engine is not running, because it won't! Also, if it is stuck I hope it is in the closed position, does any body know which positon is closed? right now the rod is at a 90 degree angle to the square arm that it connects to. Does the actuator pull it to open or push it to open? If it is stuck what is the best way to repair it? Or should I say cheapest. Any help with this would be appreciated! Thanks, Jeremy.
