Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Water-In- Fuel Sensor

Does anyone have a part number for a 1996 water-in-fuel sensor? I took my truck to a diesel mechanic the other week and he said that I had been missing this sensor. Thanks

The only way you could be missing it is you are using a fuel filter without the place to screw it into the bottom of the filter.

I think for what ever reason the wire is broken but it does have the funnel for the drain.

If you get to much water in the fuel it can be bad for injection pump and injectors.

The sensor warns you when there is to much water is in the fuel.
