Competition Twins with a Supercharger

I am ready to buy the next step in my bombing project and starting to look into these two mods which I have no experience with and need some advice. With the mods that I currently have which one of these would give me the most useable power and what manufacturers do you recommend, I keep waiting for those EDM injectors to come out but I am tired of waiting. Thanks, Mike

I personally like the water/meth better, but to each his own. You won't see quite the HP gain with water/meth using a timing box as the guys that just use a pressure box as they can run a stronger mixture... ... ..... some of them see a 100 hp gain.

Thanks for your opinion Jim, is it necessary to run twins and anchor the head with either of these mods or is it possible to stay with a single charger? Thanks, Mike

I liked my water/meth... But I lost a head gasket on my 01...

Talk with Matt at Snow Performance and follow his advise on how much

etc. .

I think that I have a lot more fuel than air; I could shut down any major highway if I feel the need, so the nitrous helps burn the excess fuel? I have been told that the hesitation that I have at the higher settings on my TST is because to much fuel at one time is being delivered and it is putting the flame out, if this is the case than nitrous should help right? Mike

To run N2O you need to at least O-ring your head and even better add studs with the O-ringed head. Cylinder pressures get very high running N2O. EGT's will also be higher due to burning more fuel, this is somewhat offset by the lowering of the intake temps by the N2O but don't be mislead into believeing N2O lowers egt's. The peak egt's you will see will be dependent on how much fuel, N2O, aircharge, and ability to get the air out of the motor. Be aware that N2O is also hard on Turbo's... ...
