Good method for draining transmission fluid?

Water/Meth results from the Mtns. of CO

I am wondering what size nozzles I can run without hurting the engine I have . 375ml. in right now (two) what is the largest size I can run thanks for any info. Aaron

I assume you have the Snow Performance kit.

With your level of fueling, you could definitely be running (2) 625's. That is what I run, and it is just about perfect. IMO, you won't hurt the engine by running too big a nozzle. All it will do is cause a misfire (quenched combustion).

What kind of flow are you talking about with these nozzles at , say, 80psi?

Is it possible to set up a 2 stage system with a small nozzle that will turn on at 5 pounds boost to help when towing a trailer on level ground and than have the main nozzle start at say 15 pounds boost. The first nozzle would flow somewhere around 0. 8 GPH at 60-80 psi. Would the small amount of water inected with the low boost cause any problems and will it help any?

I'm trying to get a feel of what can be done with one of these systems and the only way is to ask. :)

Stan, one thing that I did think about and asked Matt Snow about was to run a stage 2 system with the big variable controller and set the inital turn on (55%) at say 20-25 psi and if your towing turn the second stage (100%) up to a point were it will never come on. Then when your done towing and want it set for Max power then set the high end were it belongs (takes 1 minute to do this) Now these are just ball park numbers but you get the idea, also you can tune with the pump pressure as it has allot of adjustment to it!

I have the stage one kit (140psi pump), and it is set to come on 50% at 15psi with 2 625ml, and 100% at 22psi. I started another thread in this seciton Water/Meth results from the Mountains of Colorado with my experience.

With the stage III injectors you have, you may be in a position that you are getting overfueld, and a larger turbo (hybrid) will help out both the EGT's and the effectiveness of your W/I.

Ditto what Jim said, and hopefully Matt Snow will chime in here.

One easy way to do it is to set the variable at a point slightly above the boost level would be for a mild hill climb, and take it for a drive, holding the boost at the turn on point. If you feel it (the engine) missing, turn down the pump a little and try again.

I have 3 625ml nozzles in the intake and one 375 between stages. All set to come on at 40psi. Pump is maxed, i need more, egt's still too high.
